Can I order wine with my delivery?
Yes. Choose wine from the delivery menu alongside your food.
(Alcohol is sold to customers aged 18 and over)
Is the food hot when it arrives?
Dishes are packed as soon as they are ready and kept secure for the journey. Delivery times can vary with distance, traffic and weather, especially during heavy rain, so we recommend enjoying your meal soon after it arrives.

What are reusable containers?
Your meal arrives in reusable Vincognito containers instead of disposable ones. Transfer the food to your own plates and we take the containers back with us. Choosing this option gives non-members 10% off until 31 October.
Do you have vegetarian or
gluten-free options?
Yes. Vegetarian dishes are marked on the menu, and gluten-free options are available on selected pastas and salads.
Is the pizza still crisp when it arrives?
Pizzas are baked when your order is placed and boxed for the journey. Delivery time and weather can affect the crust, so we recommend eating soon after it arrives.
Can I combine discounts?
No. Only one discount applies per order: 10% for reusable containers, or 15% for verified LHG Members.
Do you cater for vegetarians or allergies?
Vegetarian options are available. If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please add a note when ordering and contact us if needed. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, our kitchen handles a range of ingredients and cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
