Rooted in the traditions of Vietnamese home cooking, Sum Vầy is our celebration of authentic Vietnamese cuisine and the meals that bring people together.
From its secluded location inside a restored heritage house, the restaurant serves authentic dishes prepared with respect for tradition, quality ingredients, and honest craftmanship. Rather than reinventing Vietnamese cuisine, we focus on recreating the food many of us grew up with.

Opened in 2022 our older sibling Lim Dining Room laid the foundation for the creation of Vincognito in late 2025.
